Front and Back panels made of cotton with sequined, tropical design. Side panels made of sky blue, taffeta. Cap sleeves with V-neck front and back. Custom made belt with jewel on front and back of belt. Zips on side. Comes with petticoat. Fits sizes 6-8. Machine wash gentle cycle, hang to dry, cool iron or Dry Clean.
